	Fancy a whisky tasting or a whisky dinner. Each evening we carry out whisky tastings and dinners for individuals wanting to explore the mysteries of how different whiskies complement different foods carried out by John, Whisky Ambassador to Scotland. Organised group whisky tastings are also carried out on a regular basis. If you are a group arriving in the area and would like a group tasting just contact us before you arrive and we will organise it for you. Corporate events are also catered for. Distill as it was done 200 years ago
	Our distilling packages have been very successful. The only hotel in the world where you can make your own spirit using 200 year old methods. We have had people from Scotland, England, Florida, Denmark, Sweden, Belgium, and Holland taking part with bookings still pouring in. The package includes dinner, bed & breakfast, brewing, fermenting,distilling, casking and then you take 5 litres of your new make spirit home to mature in your own home. The spirit has a very light feel to it as you would expect from such a small still. Light and fruity and very drinkable right away just as it was in all those years gone by.
