The only Uisge Beatha distilled in Scotland in an illicit sized still is now available to purchase in 100ml jars. Uisge Beatha is then matured in small casks for the period of time which represents the time taken for the drovers to transport the cask to the market towns for sale. During this period, Uisge Beatha takes colour and flavour from the cask to become known as 'Spirit of Loch Ewe'. Spirit of Loch Ewe single malt is available in 3cl 5cl 10cl and 50cl bottles. |
